Simple exercises for you to do at your desk, or anywhere you are.

Improper head alignment does not make you feel comfortable and may cause headache, sore neck, poor vision etc. The proper alignment of the head is when the your ears are on top of your shoulders, not in front of.

This exercise can be broken down into a few simple steps,

1. Interlock and place your hands behind your head.

2. Push your head into your hands very gently.

3. Lengthen or gently pull the base of you head away from your neck.

4. Hold for a few seconds, or as long as you need to.

5. Repeat 5 times.

Practice this 2-3 times throughout the days, you then start to create a new habit for your head and neck.

Keep it simple!
