Class Description

Group Reformer

With only 4 clients in a class, you enjoy the dynamic of working out with other people while getting individual attention.

Level 1-Beginner level. Foundation is taught with care. Detail oriented instruction. We also highly recommend this class for long time Pilates clients to revisit and refine technique. Slow pace. Must have prior Reformer class experience in the last 2 years. No existing injuries.

Level 1/2-Experienced beginner level. For those who have done beginner classes for a while and ready for a moderate pace workout. Minimum requirement to enter this level: at least 20 Reformer classes in the last 2 years. No existing injuries.

Level 2-Intermediate level. You will learn the immediate Pilates exercises in these classes. Moderate pace. Minimum requirement to enter this level: at least 30 Reformer classes in the last 2 years. No existing injuries.

Level 3-Advanced level. Suitable for clients who are ready for the complex and physically challenging exercises. To enter into these classes, clients should be very fit, strong, aware of and can execute the exercises with Pilates principle. Not recommended if you have any wrist, neck and shoulder issues, even if it is minor. Entry into this level is based on instructors recommendation. Minimum requirement to enter this level: at least 50 Reformer classes in the last 2 years. No existing injuries.

  • Jumpstart Beginner package- 5 One on One sessions
  • Jumpstart Intermediate package- 3 One on One sessions & 2 Group Reformer classes

Class Policy

All classes are 55 minutes.

Advance booking is required for all classes.
