Ray is a Pilates teacher, personal trainer, and yoga instructor with more than 15 years of experience in the fitness and Pilates industry. He began his career in 2009 and trained in personal training and yoga in Jakarta, where early mentors shaped his strong foundation in alignment, mindful movement, and precision.
Certified in Polestar Pilates in 2013, Ray later became the first Polestar graduate and mentor from Jakarta, working extensively in clinical, hospital, and luxury wellness settings across Indonesia, Bali, and the Maldives. His experience includes roles at COMO Uma Canggu, COMO Cocoa Island, and leading teacher education programs.
Ray’s sessions integrate Pilates, mindful movement, manual myofascial release, and meditative awareness. A long-term practitioner of Tibetan Vajrayana meditation, he brings a calm, grounded, and holistic approach to helping clients move with greater ease, balance, and confidence.
