KIDS PILATES

Children move actively and naturally until they are about 7 years old, the year most kids start school. Their posture shows a significant decline from long hours sitting at the desk and time spent with electronic devices.

 

Our teenage program is aimed towards educating them through movement to bring awareness to good posture and to strengthen the muscles that are supporting their spine. Teenage who are in sports will benefit from the systematic core training, realignment of body, balancing muscular imbalances, to help improve their sports performance.

The minimum age we recommend to start is 10 years old, however, it is based on their maturity level, ability and willingness to follow instructions.
