Class Description
Reformer Arm, Back & Chest (All levels)
Refine, tone and sculpt your arms and shoulders with our Arm, Back & Chest class!
Upper body strength and stability are crucial for shoulder, neck and back health, as well as an upright posture. Strong and stable shoulders also correlate good function in your neck and lower back!
Each exercise is taught with cueing proper form and alignment. Through fluid sequences and guided breathing, you’ll find yourself gradually building strength and flexibility while feeling aligned and supported by your upper body muscles in your daily activities.
Level: All levels
Entry requirements: none, but must be injury-free.
Reformer Lower Body Sculpt (Intermediate)
Tone your booty, sculpt your thighs. This is an intense & invigorating lower body Pilates Reformer workout. Taking regular Lower Body Sculpt will help tone and strengthen your booty, improve hip mobility and tone your thighs.
Our legs are our foundation and they help support our pelvis, spine and shoulders. Weakness in this part of the body will lead to ankle, knee, hip and lower back pain.
This class is suitable also for athletes /runners.
Some upper body & core work will be included to give a whole body approach to this class.
Expect to look great, stand tall and be able to do great in your daily activities and favorite sports!
Level: Intermediate
Entry requirements: at least 10 Reformer classes in recent years, and must be injury-free.
Reformer Pilates Sculpt (Advanced)
This class is taught with Joseph Pilates core principles including breathing, concentration, control, centering, precision, fluidity, relaxation & whole body movement.
The class pace is moderate to slow, clients are expected to have moderate to high body awareness and enjoy working and connecting with their body and movement at a deeper level.
The target of this class is that clients will walk away feeling stronger, more supple, and a sense of accomplishment.
Level: Advanced
Entry requirements: at least 40 Reformer classes in recent years, and must be injury-free.
Mat/Reformer Restorative Pilates (All levels)
Are you looking for a gentle yet effective way to improve your mobility, flexibility and strength? In Restorative Pilates, our experienced instructor will focus on slow, controlled exercises that respect your body’s limitations and help you move with ease.
A combination of Mat and Reformer workout aims to improve your range of motion through targeted movements that gently stretch and strengthen your muscles. You will also develop core strength and improve posture to better support your body and be pain free.
This Restorative Pilates class is designed specifically for individuals with injuries or chronic pain, including beginners and individuals who look forward to resume work out again.
Level: All levels
Entry Requirements:
-No major health conditions that need personal attention.
-Must be able to move independently without help from another person
-If you are unsure, please consult your doctor or the studio before signing up for this class. We reserve the right to deny entry if we determine that an individual requires one-on-one sessions, which are available for those with special needs.
Reformer Sculpt & Stretch (All levels)
This class is designed to sculpt and tone your muscles while promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.
This class begins with a series of dynamic exercises to target and tone major muscle groups. You’ll engage your core, arms, legs and glutes as you work through a variety of exercises.
As the class progresses, we transition into a series of stretching exercises that target tight muscles. When the range of motions in your joints improves, the muscle tension will release and you will feel flexible, balanced and centered.
As Pilates is known for it focuses on breath awareness and controlled movement, you’ll learn to connect with your body on a deeper level, allowing you to move with grace and ease both on and off the Reformer.

Reformer Total Body Tone (All levels)
Ready to sculpt and strengthen every muscle in your body? Join our Total Body Tone Pilates Reformer class!
This class targets to build strong and lean muscles, improve posture and increase muscle tone.
You will also be taught to ensure proper form and alignment, and learn to activate and isolate specific muscle groups effectively.
You will leave feeling energized and empowered, and we are confident that you will come back to this class for more!
Level: All levels
Entry requirements: none, but must be injury-free.
Reformer Total Core Blast (Intermediate)
Sculpt your core, defined abs and increase core strength – Total Core Blast Reformer Pilates class is for you!
Designed to target and strengthen ALL your core muscles include abdominal, lower back and all the spine stabilizing muscles.
This class will help you protect your back from injury and teaches your body how to move effectively in your day to day activities.
We will focus on alignment and precision of movement for injury prevention. This class will include upper and lower body exercises to give a whole body approach to core training.
Level: Intermediate
Entry requirements: at least 10 Reformer classes in recent years, and must be injury-free.
Reformer Trim & Tone (All levels)
Look leaner, feel taller and stronger. Trim & Tone class is designed to strengthen, lengthen, tone your body, and help improve your posture at the same time.
Focuses on building full-body strength and muscle endurance through controlled, fluid movements, exercises are taught to challenge your body to enhance your flexibility and elongate your muscles, also improve your alignment and balance.
Transform your body and improve your fitness with Trim & Tone Pilates Reformer class, our supportive and motivating instructors will inspire you whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will enjoy this class!

Reformer 55 & Above (All levels)
This fantastic class is designed specifically for individuals aged 55 and above who wish to enhance their flexibility, strength, and overall health in a supportive and gentle environment.
Our classes focus on low-impact Pilates Reformer exercises that target core strength, balance, and flexibility, crucial for maintaining an active and independent lifestyle.
Taught by our certified Pilates instructor experienced in working with senior adults, ensuring exercises are performed safely and effectively.
Our 55 & above Pilates Class offers a welcoming community where you can stay active, reduce the risk of injury, and enjoy movement at any age.
Level: All levels
Entry Requirements:
-No major recent surgeries, injuries, health conditions that need personal attention. We reserve the right to deny entry if we determine that an individual requires one-on-one sessions, which are available for those with special needs.
-Must be able to move independently without help from another person.
-Should have a basic level of physical and mental fitness and be able to engage in moderate exercise.

Class Policy
1. For hygiene purposes, it is COMPULSORY that you wear clean SOCKS for all classes.
2. Advance payment is required to secure your bookings. BOOK NOW AND WE WILL SEND YOU INSTRUCTIONS TO PAY.
3. Please observe our strict 22 hours cut off cancellation policy. All cancellation and/or rescheduling without 22 hours notice will be charged FULL class fee (for ALL cancellation reasons including emergency and illness).
4. Prepaid packages are non-refundable, expire in 12 months and no extension allowed after the expiry date.
5. Each class is 55 minutes. Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes earlier to ensure the best experience!
6. Instructors/classes are subject to change.
Terms & Conditions
If you have any of the following conditions, one-on-one sessions are a MUST to help you understand and manage your body for future group class participation. Readiness to join group classes is based on your discussion with your teacher during your one-on-one sessions, and your teacher reserves the right not to approve your participation based on safety issue. List are but not limited to:
1. Spine pathologies such as stenosis, herniated disc, tingling & numbness in arms & legs, SI joint pain, spinal surgeries, etc.
2. Recent surgeries or old surgeries that have not healed.
3. Any joint pain – hips, knees, wrists, neck, shoulder etc.
4. Osteoporosis.
5. Pregnancy.
6. Any other conditions that need one on one attention.
