Our Core Conditioning Specialist program provides in-depth knowledge of body systems for optimal movement, integrated strength and balance. Together, these systems contribute to support, movement, and health of the spine, hips and shoulders.
There are seven courses in this program. Discover the structure and function of the deep and superficial layers of the body’s core, as well as exercise protocols, considerations and cueing techniques for optimal core control.
