Essential Biomechanics Specialist(40 hours)
In this series of courses we look at the components that make up our skeletal and muscular structure and learn how to train them effectively. This series will help you to look at an important component of our structure-the CORE-often ignored or misinterpreted yet they play a crucial role in supporting the entire body and keeping it upright. These courses will provide you with tools to train our core system holistically and your clients will walk away from your sessions feeling strong, supple, supported, more aligned and freer in their movement and their body.
