We partnered with The Center for Women’s Fitness to bring to you the best women fitness education. These programs are designed for women from the ground up. We teach from the female anatomy and physiology, the feminine psyche and include all the subtle bodies – the emotional, mental and spiritual that have an impact on the physical. We understand the different needs of the woman as she exercises through pregnancy, postnatal, menopause and the later years of her life and how these changes affect her women’s fitness needs and goals.
Our studio offers the following program:
Pre and Postnatal Health and Exercise Specialist Certification™
This course will show you how to “Prepare the Body™” and “Repair the Body™” during pregnancy and the postnatal period. You will be introduced to a different way of looking at female anatomy and physiology and the changes that occur during pregnancy, birth and beyond. You will learn our “method” of program design for this population that will truly address their needs and requirements for safe, beneficial exercise. Learn more about this program here.
Exercise through Menopause Specialist Certification™
This course is designed to look at the causes and symptoms of menopause and to gain a new vision of how to train a more mature woman as she adapts to yet another change in her female life. Support Your Floor™ Pelvic Floor Health
This course will offer an in depth look at the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor, its application to movement and the breath and will discuss the reasons for dysfunction and how many of these problems can be prevented. Our approach contains both the scientific evidenced based research and the more holistic viewpoint of this most intimate part of the female body. Learn more about this program here.
The Center Method For Diastasis Recti Recovery™
The program offers a series of deep stabilizing exercises with progressions that will allow you to progress towards your regular exercise program, if that is your goal. Rocking and Rolling to Release™
This course will take the instructor or client through a series of body positions combined with rocking movement that will activate the body’s innate sense of fascial and muscular release as well as incorporate bone rhythms.
